In the Oil & Gas and Gas processing filed, Compressors system paly a major role for various applications as listed below: Major Oil & Gas Applications:
- Well Head
- Gas Transmission
- Gas Lift
- Seismic Air
- Fuel Gas Boosting
- Off - Shore Production
- C NG For Vehicles
- Pigging Air
- Gas Gathering
- Re - injection
- Gas Storage
These applications need cost effective, demanding performance, product and System design to meet the growing customer expectation. Laksel in alliance with Flotech, New zealand, provides various compressor systems:
We provide Gas Compression System for Field gas compressors for well head systems, gas re-injection, gas lift, acid gas & pipe-line packing. We also supply the Fuel gas booster compression system for Power plant. Our Gas compressor systems are engineered system based on the customer specification and requirements with skid mounted equipped with all safety & operation Instrumentation and control system.
We have both Reciprocating Compressors for Higher Discharge pressure (UP to 350 Bar g ) and Rotary Vame compressor for Low pressure (10 bar g). The Capacity of natural gas shall range from 30,000 to 50,000 NM3/Hr. VC (Vane Compressor) are mainly used in low-pressure (<10 bar) applications, to maintain a constant supply pressure for gas engines.
Package includes suction scrubber, aftercooler, discharge coalescer-filter, and control panel incorporating PLC, Certified for European market – CE marked with ATEX electrical equipment and built in accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
There are four major compressors range which has proven track record:
- Reciprocating Compressor system with Gas Engine Driven or Electrical Motor Driven
- Centrifugal Compressor system with Gas Engine Driven or Electrical Motor Driven
- Screw Compressors with Electrical Motor Drive
- Rotary Vane type with Electrical Motor Drive
